Rawai Villas is located on 18 rai (7 acres) of sea view land overlooking picturesque Rawai beach with its views of the islands beyond.

The five villa types range from 150 - 450 sq meters under roof area, comprising from two to four bedrooms, swimming pool, separate living, family and dining room, and maid's quarters.

Contemporary Asian architecture derived from aspects of traditional Thai tropical living with a modern variation. A courtyard style with living rooms arranged around the swimming pool as the central focus creates a very private space but at the same time maximizes the views. Large external roof overhangs provide for shelter and shade.

A mixture of high quality local and imported materials and fittings. Timber and travertine floor finishes in living areas and natural black slate in bathroom and kitchen. There is individually controlled air conditioning throughout and each villa includes a European style fitted kitchen as well as extensive built-in furniture.
