For clients with Yen earnings it is possible to obtain Yen loans from around 2% per annum, dependent on location. However, if you do not earn Yen, then Yen Loans are not available.

Currently, loans can be used for purchase or re-finance in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Portugal, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

In the United States we can offer loans in New York, New Jersey, California, Nevada, Washington State, Oregon, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida and Hawaii.

In Canada the following areas are covered, Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and British Columbia.

If you have not yet found the property you intend to buy, you can apply for a Decision in Principle which is a pre-qualified mortgage offer valid for six months.
